Responsibilities
Execute a work stream and its deliverables within a project and demonstrate attitudes and behaviors on engagements that result in outstanding delivery and quality
Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities to develop sales and commercial awareness/acumen
Understand and track the market and potential client’s business challenges
Have excellent knowledge of technological products and solutions available on the market and have awareness of their strengths and weaknesses
Drive development of the area through operational activities such as; recruitment, Learning & Development, Talent management
Encourage, support, and enable individuals, exploring new ways to engage them and help identify the greater contributions they can make to the business
Set and communicate vision, goals and objectives in an inspiring and motivational manner and ensure staff have achievable career and development plans
Participate in or leads successful recruiting efforts, evaluating candidates against organization/project needs and position/role demands
Actively participate in product positioning
Display/demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention Share knowledge that can be used to drive new business development in our target markets
Drive Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM) development within the expert community and DGEM deployment for your Client(s)
Operate as Subject Matter Expert, recognized as a “guru”/expert in application of process(s) specialism
Think strategically to see the bigger picture for clients, understanding emerging trends and disruptions
Play a key role in the development of new tools, PoV and methodologies individually and through networks (e.g. centers of excellence)
Have strong understanding of business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights and makes relevant recommendations to drive process improvements
Have good understanding of the business, its’s volatilities and the impact on organizational finances and service
Influence senior clients on project to deliver impact and results with stakeholders
Demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention
Have built-up a number of tools to facilitate at all levels and can facilitates groups of senior internal and/or client staff
Drive self and team salability internally and externally with demonstrable experience for delivering sales
Qualification
Preferred
English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
Economic education
Preferably ACCA or CPA certification
Certified in at least 1 DGEM Tech Technology within tower and working towards DGEM Tech technology certifications in other towers
