Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan for migrating existing Slack team workspaces into the Enterprise Grid environment
Design and implement an optimized organizational structure within Slack Enterprise Grid to support efficient workflows
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, balancing multiple priorities to ensure successful outcomes
Assess how Slack is currently being used across departments and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration
Coordinate long-term support, integration activities, and continuous operational stability for Slack Enterprise Grid
Oversee support intake and back-end support operations to address user issues promptly and effectively
Drive the creation of knowledge base articles and streamline communications that support end-user understanding and adoption
Provide both front-line and escalated support for Slack users, ensuring timely issue resolution
Administer the Slack platform, including user account management and role permission oversight
Collaborate with cybersecurity and identity teams to uphold platform health and maintain strong security controls
Qualification
Required
Experience administering Slack or similar collaboration platforms
Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder communication strategies
Ability to balance multiple business priorities and manage cross-functional partnerships
Familiarity with platform operations, user support workflows, and process documentation
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT related field
