Associate Industrial Security Specialist

They are seeking an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to administer and implement US Industrial Security Standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and conducting security briefings and assessments.

Responsibilities
Conduct initial and recurring security briefings to cleared workforce members on topics such as critical program information, marking, safeguarding and destroying classified information, operations security, physical and communication security, and other security training as required
Conduct inventories and records reconciliation actions to ensure accuracy and accountability
Prepare activity or program concept of operation (CONOPs) outlining unique security protection requirements for sensitive operations; establish procedures for protecting, handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials
Coordinate across the security workforce, Boeing engineering, managerial and technical teams, as well as senior Boeing personnel and U.S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals, security rulings or deviations as may be required
Validate internal security controls through the performance of detailed compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections Identifies deficiencies; and recommend and/or implement timely corrective action(s)
Assist lesser experienced employees with the administration and execution of security protocols
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in Industrial Security
1+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
Experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Special Access Program (SAP), and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and MS Project
Ability to support after-hours deployments and rotational on-call
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment
