Responsibilities
Accurately apply payments to customer accounts across various payment channels (ACH, wire, checks, credit card)
Research and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper account reconciliation
Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions
Assist with month-end close activities related to cash applications
Prepare reporting related to unapplied cash and outstanding items
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or similar financial operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with financial systems and Excel
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and time-management skills
