Broker Data Associate
Point72 is a financial services firm seeking a Broker Data Associate to enhance sell-side relationships through effective data management. The role involves managing broker relationships, providing insights on data offerings, and coordinating data-related initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities
Help build and scale data relationships with our existing and new brokers
Act as a liaison to address day-to-day requests around broker data
Onboard new broker datasets through the entire lifecycle, including collaborating with Compliance, Legal, etc
Leverage sell-side insights to understand data landscape and hedge fund trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree (with strong academic record)
3+ years of relevant experience
Financial industry experience required; sell-side experience is a plus
Ability to be manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-faced, multitasking environment
Ability to uphold compliance framework and IP sensitivity framework
Strong oral and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity and love for proactive learning
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to the highest ethical standards
Preferred
Experience working with data sourcing and management is a plus
