Responsibilities
Lead and manage a group of 15 distributed software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance
Develop and implement software development processes, standards, and best practices to ensure efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and IT, to define software requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development practices and technologies
Manage software development projects, including planning, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to make recommendations for software architecture and development tools
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience as a people manager
Proven track record of leading successful software development projects from conception to delivery
Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and software architecture
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, and/or equivalent military experience
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
Experience in credit card personalization or output services industry
Master's degree in computer science or a relevant field
Experience working in Agile development environment
