Responsibilities

Process loan more complex servicing transactions post-disbursement, including SCRA requests
Answer employee and member inquiries (by phone and email) promptly and accurately, including escalated member issues
Assist with Consumer Loan projects and initiatives as required

Required

Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years' experience in consumer loan servicing
Ability to work autonomously, to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to autonomously resolve complex issues
Proficient in simple interest calculation, amortization schedules and revolving/cycle loan calculations
Proven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding member expectations and requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and Lending Act regulations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate knowledge of Excel
