New GradIrving Tissue is a leading manufacturer of premium quality tissue products, and they are seeking a Quality Engineering Co-op Student for Summer 2026. The role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, assisting in product trials, and conducting product testing and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Lead and participate in product quality improvement initiatives/projects
Assist in the preparation and execution of product trial runs (paper, packaging, etc.)
Lead or participate in the development of trial products and studies (ie. feasibility, etc.)
Facilitate or lead quality improvement events with employees and/or quality teams
Conduct product testing and data analysis
Analyze data related to quality checks, quality parameters, and corrective action plans
Liaison for corporate technical regarding new products and upcoming trials, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in Engineering Degree, Science, or Math
Strong computer skills and statistical analysis (MS Office, Minitab)
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement tools
Excellent attention to detail
Meet or exceed strict deadlines
Ability to analyze and communicate information effectively and accurately
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Must be 18 years of age
