Ability to tour guests around health clubs
Ability to assess each guest's individual need for the location
Experience in helping to sell memberships, personal training, group training, and other club amenities
Willingness to help clean clubs to keep staff and members safe
Ability to meet pre-determined sales goals
Motivation to advance to General Manager within 60 days of maintaining the position
Availability for full-time work
Willingness to work in person
