Responsibilities
Own the end to end lifecycle of video & social projects from intake through delivery and reporting readiness
Translate briefs into clear, detailed project plans with defined tasks, owners, timelines, and approvals
Maintain consistent stage gates for brief approval, creative review, final asset approval, and publish readiness
Track deadlines closely and proactively flag risks, delays, or dependency issues
Own video execution from approved brief through publishing readiness, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track
Translate post brief direction into detailed work plans that align creative, production, editing, copy, and publishing workflows
Partner closely with Production to understand shoot schedules, post production timelines, edit rounds, and asset delivery dependencies
Maintain clear milestones for video concept lock, production readiness, rough cut review, final cut approval, and publish readiness
Actively manage workflows across teams to ensure work moves efficiently from production through final delivery
Serve as the day-to-day connector between Creative, Production, Copy, Compliance, and Social teams
Coordinate compliance and legal reviews for video and social assets, ensuring feedback is tracked, addressed, and resolved efficiently
Manage versioning, revisions, and approvals so teams are always working from the latest, approved assets
Ensure final assets meet platform specifications, caption requirements, and regulatory guidelines prior to publishing
Serve as the source of truth in project management tools, ensuring tasks, dates, and ownership are always accurate
Maintain standardized templates for briefs, timelines, checklists, naming conventions, and handoffs
Ensure file organization and documentation are consistently followed across teams
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce rework through improved process design
Maintain visibility into workload across editors, designers, writers, coordinators, and production partners
Surface capacity constraints early and recommend sequencing or timeline adjustments
Support planning for launches, tentpoles, and high-volume moments by ensuring timelines and resourcing are realistic
Run weekly status meetings, production check ins, and campaign kickoffs with clear agendas, updates, and next steps
Keep stakeholders informed on project status, priorities, and upcoming milestones
Ensure social and content timelines align with broader marketing and campaign calendars
Own team workflows and ensure tasks, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined and actively managed
Identify bottlenecks early and work with partners to resolve them before they impact delivery
Maintain organized documentation and approval records to support speed, accuracy, and audit readiness
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in project management, operations, or workflow coordination
Strong comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, proactive communicator who follows through
Preferred
Experience using project management tools such as Workfront, Airtable, or similar platforms
Familiarity with creative, content, video, or social media workflows
Experience working in regulated or complex environments
