Responsibilities
Reconcile payment details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Retrieve and review patient and payment information from internal systems
Follow up on insurance denials to support timely resolution and payment
Post payments after accounts receivable details are fully reconciled
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting role
Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile financial data accurately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Preferred
Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) preferred but not required
Candidates with experience using other EMR systems will be considered
