Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze HR and employee data across multiple systems
Build and test reports using ADP Reporting, PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and more
Conduct data audits, resolve data quality issues, and support data governance
Create dashboards, visualizations, and reporting documentation
Respond to time‑sensitive data requests and prototype reporting solutions
Qualification
Required
2+ years HR reporting experience
HRIS/HRIT or database administration background
Experience with Alteryx (Must Have)
Skills in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and data visualization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
HS diploma or GED required
Preferred
Experience with Alteryx (highly preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred
