Responsibilities
Plan and execute user research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting)
Lead discovery efforts including persona development and journey mapping
Translate complex findings into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally to influence product and design decisions
Present research outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate or agile environment
Strong expertise in qualitative research methods; quantitative experience a plus
Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, or similar
Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean UX methodologies
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract setting
Preferred
Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., insurance or financial services)
Comfort working within agile product development teams
