They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to help shape the core execution layer behind Forge Pool, focusing on distributed execution, deterministic scheduling, and system reliability under various conditions.
Computer Software
Responsibilities
Distributed execution across independent machines (CPU / GPU)
Deterministic scheduling, replayability, and execution invariants
Agent ↔ hub coordination and lifecycle management
Failure modes, backpressure, isolation, and recovery
Performance behavior under load and adversarial conditions
Execution semantics for probabilistic and ensemble workloads
Qualification
Required
Strong systems engineering background
Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, or low-level software
Comfort reasoning about: concurrency, failure, determinism, performance tradeoffs
Ability to work without a predefined playbook
Respect for correctness over speed
You do need to care about how systems behave when they are stressed, misused, or misunderstood
