Senior LevelCalculated Hire is looking for a Senior Analyst – Metrics to join a high-impact promotional review operations team that supports multiple therapeutic areas. This role is key to driving data-informed decisions across content review processes and stakeholder engagement, focusing on dashboard development, data collection, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure content review efficiency
Lead the migration of QLIK and Veeva PromoMats data to Tableau dashboards
Design and co-develop scalable, user-friendly Tableau dashboards for leadership visibility
Own production support, ticket resolution, and manage Jira workflows
Ensure insights are digestible, action-oriented, and aligned with strategic objectives
Analyze data from Veeva PromoMats and QLIK to monitor MLR process performance
Track performance of marketing partners against compliance guidelines
Generate and deliver weekly reports for senior leadership
Deploy and manage monthly surveys across marketing and functional teams
Analyze results to uncover trends and provide actionable feedback
Facilitate brand insight meetings with business units
Support change management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Engagement, SCG, and Brand Teams
Qualification
Required
Based in or open to working in New Jersey
Strong communication skills, able to translate data into compelling stories
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tableau and QLIK (developer level preferred)
Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and understanding of MLR workflows
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple data pipelines
Experience working in regulated industries or promotional review functions is a plus
