Responsibilities
Own and manage a single project end-to-end, regardless of size or complexity
Design, scope, and build new systems or major features using sound engineering judgment
Collaborate proactively with Product Managers and team members to understand dependencies and design solutions that avoid disruption to existing functionality
Identify and implement scalable solutions that can be reused across teams
Rapidly learn and apply proven technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality solutions
Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to design innovative approaches and solve complex technical challenges
Develop complex systems and integrations to address high-level business needs
Serve as a subject-matter expert across multiple functional domains, including data models, integrations, and reporting
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including: Apex and Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Process Builder and Flows, Salesforce configuration and administration
Experience integrating Salesforce with large systems and custom applications in complex environments
Strong software development background and understanding of industry best practices outside the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably on an AWS stack
Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and tools, including Jira, GitHub, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce CLI
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
