Responsibilities
Support Acumatica ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations for accounting and finance functions
Assist with system configuration related to GL, AP, AR, billing, inventory, and financial reporting
Translate accounting and business requirements into system workflows and configurations
Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementations and enhancements
Assist with data migration, reconciliations, and post-go-live support
Partner with internal teams and clients to improve financial processes using Acumatica
Apply GAAP knowledge to ensure accurate financial system setup and reporting
Support understanding of month-end close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations within ERP environments
Assist in documenting accounting processes and system workflows
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure system outputs align with financial reporting needs
Participate in a formal 6-month Acumatica ERP training program
Receive hands-on exposure to live implementations and real client environments
Develop expertise in ERP configuration, workflows, and financial modules
Gain mentorship from experienced ERP and finance systems professionals
Clear path to becoming an Acumatica ERP deployment and implementation specialist
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role
Working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in ERP systems, technology, and process improvement
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Experience with any ERP system (NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, or operational accounting
Experience supporting system implementations or process improvements
CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA is a plus
