Responsibilities
Engineering Department Build-Out: Partner directly with the CTO and VP of Engineering to define hiring roadmaps, draft technical job descriptions, and scale the software engineering and data management teams
Full-Lifecycle Technical Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process for specialized roles, including Backend/Frontend Engineers, Data Architects, Analysts, and DevOps
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Lead internal sourcing efforts while managing relationships with external executive search firms and niche agencies to ensure a consistent talent pipeline
Cross-Functional Hiring: Facilitate placements across broader corporate functions (Operations, Risk, Compliance) to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience for all new hires
Process Optimization: Design and implement a scalable interview process that includes technical assessments and cultural fit evaluations
Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless transition from the first outreach to the first day on the job
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate/internal technical recruiting experience
Direct experience in the Auto Finance or Fintech industry
Proven ability to build technical departments (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) from early-stage to maturity
Expertise in ATS management, LinkedIn Recruiter, and technical sourcing tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite leadership
