Responsibilities

Assists in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems
Work under direct supervision
Follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in customer requirements, blue prints, or work instructions
Identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures
Escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment
Assist in training of the customer on installed/repaired systems
Installation of mechanical components
Use of hand tools and power tools
Verifying accuracy and quality

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License required
Some experience in the field
Previous industry experience
Previous technical/installation experience
