Assist attorneys in personal injury cases by preparing legal documents
Conducting research
Reviewing documents
Ensuring effective client communication
Drafting demand packages
Drafting pleadings
Drafting motions
Drafting discovery documents
Managing case files
Coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in research and the ability to interpret legal information
Attention to detail in Document Review and Analysis
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Paralegal certification or relevant degree
Between 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law is a requirement
