IT Solutions Senior Specialist

Responsibilities
Sales Execution
+ Collaborate with Account Executives in assigned territory to manage and grow the new sales pipeline for Travel Intelligence solutions (Demand360+, Agency360+, RevenueStrategy360)
+ Execute outreach campaigns, follow up with prospects, and close deals in territory
+ Apply consultative selling best practices and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy
+ Consistently achieve new sales revenue targets and support regional growth priorities
Consultative Engagement
+ Understand client business challenges and position Travel Intelligence products as solutions
+ Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven presentations tailored to the customer’s needs
+ Collaborate with Solution Consultant counterparts on complex deals where the customer can benefit from multiple Amadeus solutions
Market & Product Expertise
+ Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing models
+ Clearly articulate the holistic value of Amadeus solutions versus competitors’ siloed offerings
+ Serve as a thought leader on Travel Intelligence, market trends, and competitive positioning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on campaigns and customer onboarding
+ Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive landscape, and market needs
+ Participate in sales kickoffs, training sessions, and promotional initiatives
+ Work with Sales and Business Development to accelerate new sales pipeline and deal velocity
+ Ensure Travel Intelligence solutions are positioned as part of an integrated Total Solution
Qualification
Required
Experience in hospitality sales and/or revenue management
Skilled in platform/Total Solution selling
Experience with data analytics and/or business intelligence solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively
Familiarity with travel industry operations and distribution channels (GDS, OTA, airline partnerships)
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales enablement platforms
5+ years in sales and revenue within the Hospitality and/or Hospitality SaaS Industry
Willingness to travel up to 40%
