Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives in alignment with industry best practices
Support, coordinate, and lead projects focused on improving operational performance, quality, efficiency, and cost
Establish, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with defined milestones
Coordinate site-wide improvement initiatives across multiple locations and functions within the broader enterprise network
Coach and guide stakeholders on the application of re-engineering and continuous improvement methodologies

Qualification

Process managementContinuous improvementProject managementCGMP knowledgeSix Sigma certification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years of experience in process management or continuous improvement roles
Proven success leading project management and continuous improvement initiatives
Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Preferred

Six Sigma certification or formal Six Sigma training highly preferred
