Supervising the daily activities of a group of customer service representatives who respond to and research customer/member inquiries/issues
Provides direction and guidance regarding policies, procedures, workflows, customer service quality, and training needs
Responsible for monitoring customer service standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
5+ experience in a call center environment
Demonstrated excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills
Must be computer proficient
Ability to work in and succeed in a team oriented environment
2+ years of Customer service experience in a production or service operations environment
Preferred
Knowledge of Medicare systems preferred but not required
2+ years of previous management in a call center environment or people leadership experience
