Administrative Secretary

The City of Oswego is seeking an Administrative Secretary for the Department of Social Services. This role involves providing administrative support and performing complex duties to assist department heads and managers in achieving departmental goals.

Responsibilities

Acts as an administrative assistant and confidential secretary to department heads and other managers
Requires the incumbent to perform highly complex duties and administrative support tasks which further departmental goals and efficient operations
Requires independent judgment and knowledge of department policies and procedures

Required
