Business Development Representative
JMARK is an IT managed services provider headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, and they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting innovative MSP solutions.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, social media, and networking events to generate and nurture qualified leads
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and set up introductory meetings with the Account Executive
Collaborate with the Growth Team members to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sequences
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations
Attend marketing events and other networking events as needed to help prospect and nurture leads
Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the technology industry and in industries that JMARK supports
Achieve and exceed monthly sales leads targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or MSP industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions
Willingness to be coached with the ability to adapt as needed
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Preferred
Previous experience with appointment setting preferred
Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
