Responsibilities

Serve as the organization’s top systems and infrastructure leader, setting the vision and roadmap for internal technology and external connectivity offerings
Provide strategic direction to ensure systems scale effectively with organizational growth and evolving program needs
Collaborate with the COO and executive team to align systems strategy with organizational goals and initiatives
Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of all internal staff-facing systems, including CRM, ERP, communication platforms, productivity tools, and data systems
Ensure high system reliability, performance, and cybersecurity across all platforms and environments
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, reduce system friction, and strengthen data integrity
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and system evaluations
Direct the strategy, design, and operation of all organizational networks, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
Oversee network architecture, connectivity, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning
Maintain best-in-class uptime, security posture, and resiliency across all locations
Lead and grow the organization’s connectivity sales function, including B2B and B2C internet offerings
Develop strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and service expansion
Oversee the lifecycle of customer connectivity— from installation to ongoing service—to ensure a seamless experience
Partner with marketing to create campaigns and materials that drive awareness and adoption of connectivity products
Build and manage a high-performing customer support team, including a call center operation
Establish KPIs and service standards that deliver responsive, customer-centered support
Use data and customer feedback to improve service processes, retention, and satisfaction
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

HS Diploma or GED
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT systems, networks, systems architecture, or related fields
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale internal systems and cloud-based platforms
Strong working knowledge of networking, connectivity systems, cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), cybersecurity, and data management
Experience managing sales or technical service offerings, especially those related to connectivity, telecommunications, or IT services
Strong understanding of marketing concepts related to customer acquisition, retention, and product positioning
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex, multi-system environments

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in information systems, computer science, operations management, or a related discipline
Experience in nonprofit, mission-driven organizations
Experience managing a call center or customer-support function
Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite)
