Responsibilities
Responsible for the quality and efficiency of task order execution, to include both technical issues and business processes
Plan and provide program and project management support and the contractor personnel resources necessary to support assigned task orders
Serve as a senior advisor to senior military and government leaders and staff
Coordinate and integrate your products and those of others assigned to client tasks into professional papers and presentations, which you will likely be called upon to brief to CACI and/or client leadership
Serve as technical SME for recruiting and assessing candidates for the program
Provide updates to the Functional Group Lead regularly
Advise and assist teammates on tasks
Provide planning and analytical support
Qualification
Required
A minimum ten (10) years of senior leadership or program management experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs in similar scope and complexity
Bachelor's degree or higher education in a related discipline
Strong written and oral communication skills and experience briefing executive level staff
Experience developing technical specifications and contract requirements for DOD ACAT I, II, III, and IV or equivalent USCG major acquisition programs
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification
Experience developing Government RFPs or drafting proposals to Government Issued RFPs
Preferred
Active Duty US Coast Guard, U.S. Navy or Military Sealift experience in a senior management role in the areas of maritime acquisitions, mission requirements formulation / justification, mission capability vs cost tradeoff and afloat mission performance leadership
Defense industry management experience in executing Government contracts
