Responsibilities

Identify and engage early customers and research partners across industry, academia, and government
Develop deep understanding of customer use cases, pain points, and requirements for neuromorphic products
Build and maintain a robust ecosystem of early adopters, collaborators, and technology partners
Collect, synthesize, and prioritize customer and partner requirements for product development
Collaborate with internal teams to translate market needs into actionable product features
Lead product marketing initiatives, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the technology

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in business development, product marketing, or ecosystem management in high-tech or AI sectors
4+ years of experience in edge/embedded computing systems, AI hardware/software, or advanced semiconductor technologies

Preferred

Familiarity with research-driven product development and requirements gathering
Prior experience working with academic and government partners
Ability to synthesize technical and market information into actionable business strategies
2+ years of management experience
Proven track record of building and managing customer/partner ecosystems for emerging technologies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with market analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy
