Responsibilities
Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins
Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access
Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times
Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed
Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink
Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience
Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently
Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems
Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
