Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design
Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications, ensuring accessibility and usability
Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
Planning and facilitating user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions
Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs

Required

Proven track record in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design

Experience working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
