Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects end-to-end from contract signing through to completion
Plan, control, budget, schedule, and execute all project facets, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
Identify and manage project risks and challenges proactively to ensure smooth project progression
Serve as the primary contact for customer representatives, vendors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships
Organize and lead meetings and conference calls with stakeholders, ensuring effective and clear communication
Maintain seamless communication across departments to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress, from scheduling through to completion
Create, review, and manage all project-related documentation, including quotes, contracts, specifications, project plans, budgets, invoices, and closeouts
Oversee and maintain accurate records of all project activities, ensuring meticulous documentation and reporting
Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of milestones and deliverables
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution
Make informed decisions when presented with multiple options for project progression, balancing customer needs with business objectives
Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client standards and company quality requirements
Follow Standard Textile’s project management standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Minimum 2 years in a Project Management role within the hospitality industry or similar sectors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills suitable for diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively

Preferred

Advanced coursework or certifications in Project Management
5+ years of progressively responsible project management experience with a strong track record of successful project delivery
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/JD Edwards
Familiarity with web-based project management applications and tools specific to hospitality project management
