Responsibilities

System Design and Architecture: Develops and implements comprehensive system architectures, ensuring scalability and integration with existing technologies
Technical Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves complex technical issues by analyzing multiple data sources and applying innovative solutions
Project Leadership: Leads and manages system engineering projects, coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve project goals within deadlines
Mentorship and Support: Provides guidance and technical expertise to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment
Performance Optimization: Monitors and enhances system performance and reliability, implementing best practices and continuous improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field AND 4+ years' experience
Expertise in designing and managing complex systems architectures
Ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues effectively
Skilled in leading and coordinating projects from initiation to successful completion
Proficiency in working seamlessly with multiple teams and departments
In depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry best practices
Competent in analyzing diverse data sources to inform strategic decisions
Ability to convey complex information clearly and build consensus among stakeholders
Understanding of market dynamics and integration of best practices into system designs
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
Acts as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues
All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
