Responsibilities
Reports on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks and best practices for each client
Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues
Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members
Overseeing progress and monitoring of worked accounts for quality assurance and productivity measures
Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation
Reviews, updates and implements policies and procedures to support the vision and goals
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 Years of experience
Preferred
Seeking experience in EMR and Clearinghouse systems
Seeking experience in Physician Revenue Cycle
Ability to occasionally travel if needed for client assessment or at the elbow support
