New GradOtis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated co-op to assist with the integration of a recently acquired organization. The role involves supporting the Sales and Operations teams by reviewing CRM customer data, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with data cleanup efforts.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Sales team by reviewing and validating CRM customer data, including:
Ensuring contact information is accurate and up to date
Verifying equipment types and installed base details
Identifying and correcting discrepancies created during the transition
Supporting the Operations team by:
Assisting with data cleanup efforts across operational systems
Validating records to ensure alignment between sales and operations data
Flagging inconsistencies that could impact scheduling, service delivery, or reporting
Qualification
Required
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Candidate must be customer centric with a strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction
Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Candidate must be self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
