Responsibilities

Own and improve the learning platform (LMS): Keep the LMS organized, relevant, and easy to use; partner with stakeholders to iterate and improve
Build and deliver outcome-based training: Coordinate and execute bootcamps and learning sprints tied to clear performance outcomes, including assessments and feedback loops
Drive adoption of new tools and workflows: Champion effective use of technology (including AI) to improve productivity, communication, and learning speed
Execute the training roadmap: Support planning, timelines, programs, documentation, budget tracking, systems, and reporting tied to company development goals
Measure what matters: Track participation, completion, and learning effectiveness; surface insights and recommend improvements
Support onboarding coordination (Irving): Help organize onboarding logistics and enablement to improve consistency and ramp

Required

Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong communication (People Ops, enablement, program coordination, L&D, operations, consulting, etc.)
1+ year of experience with metrics tracking and reporting (any setting—programs, operations, dashboards, analysis)
AI proficiency: you actively use AI tools in your work and are excited about applying AI to learning and enablement
