Responsibilities
Treasury Analyst will perform daily cash reporting and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Initiate payments, maintain documentation, and support online banking user management and account signatories
Manage incoming checks and support subsidiaries with ACH and wire template creation
Track balances for all foreign bank accounts and prepare quarterly translation and reconciliation of activity
Summarize cash related data for accounting and statutory reporting
Oversee corporate expense reporting system and assist employees with compliance and submissions
As a Treasury Analyst, you will support subsidiary administrators and maintain merchant card programs, including PCI compliance and implementing new programs as needed
Manage user access and permissions within AP automation systems
Ensure timely processing of transactions and support subsidiaries in system use
Process ACH and wire payments for Corporate and manage onboarding for new entities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or general accounting
Strong understanding of cash management processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAGE or payment management systems is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable supporting multiple subsidiaries with unique operational needs
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
