Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in alignment with project requirements and client goals
Serve as the BIM representative on behalf of SETTY for client projects across various phases (design, construction, handover)
Coordinate and facilitate BIM kick-off meetings, model exchange protocols, and coordination reviews across disciplines
Oversee weekly clash detection and issue resolution meetings, leveraging platforms like Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Revizto, or similar
Ensure adherence to established Level of Development (LOD), model standards, and data exchange formats
Provide quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of models prior to milestone submissions or trade coordination
Collaborate with internal MEP teams and external project stakeholders to maintain alignment across trades and phases
Support COBie or FM data handover requirements and coordinate model readiness for owner digital twin initiatives
Mentor junior BIM staff and help build out BIM capabilities as a strategic offering for SETTY
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in BIM coordination, execution planning, or digital delivery roles
Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Experience developing and managing BEPs in alignment with ISO 19650, Penn State BIM standards, or industry frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead meetings and manage clients
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client deliverables
Local DMV region experience or willingness to travel for in-person coordination when needed
Preferred
Familiarity with MEP coordination workflows is strongly preferred
