The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial operations by processing vendor invoices and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry of accounts payable invoices
Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals
Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9 documentation
Prepare and file annual 1099 forms in compliance with IRS requirements
Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing supporting documentation
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain organized electronic filing systems
Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
Previous experience in accounts payable, data entry, or accounting support preferred
Experience with Bill.com or Ramp is a plus
