Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally using our switchboard system
Greet and assist visitors and staff at the front desk
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed
Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
