Responsibilities
Assist Senior Advisors in preparing for client meetings, including gathering data, conducting research, and preparing presentations
Participate in client meetings as needed, observing client interactions and learning best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct basic financial planning analyses, including cash flow modeling, retirement planning, and estate planning
Assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals
Research and analyze investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other asset classes
Monitor client portfolios and prepare performance reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Prepare and maintain various administrative documents, such as client correspondence and meeting minutes
Actively pursue professional development opportunities, including industry certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA)
Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in financial planning and investment management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Securities Licenses: 66 or 63/7 or CFP
Preferred
2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred
Experience with E-Money, Orion, Schwab and Salesforce a plus
