Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks
Build business cases and investment frameworks to support prioritization of product and go-to-market initiatives
Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to align technical capabilities with market needs
Support pre- and post-launch readiness by coordinating with sales, service, and support
Develop clear, executive-ready presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations
Monitor performance of market strategies and recommend adjustments based on data and business conditions
Contribute to portfolio planning by assessing product mix, positioning, and opportunities for new concepts
Collaborate with procurement and partner management teams to evaluate third-party solutions and partnerships
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in market research and financial modeling
Business acumen, including familiarity with P&L drivers and commercial levers
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrix organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes under time constraints
Preferred
Domain expertise in fraud, identity, or SaaS technology markets is a plus
