Help the sales team process and submit paperwork
Answer and receive inbound emails and phone calls and transfer accordingly
Prospect and contact potential customers
Understand how to qualify customer leads using google maps and county property appraiser
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Schedule sales appointments for qualified leads
Set up opportunities in NetSuite per each scheduled sales appointment
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience with Supply Pro software
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Net Suite experience
