F135 Forecasting Senior Manager - (Onsite)
RTX is transforming the future of flight and is seeking a F135 Forecasting Senior Manager for their high-visibility F135 Sustainment team. The role involves executing removal event forecasting for the F135 fleet and requires strong leadership and strategic communication skills.

Responsibilities
Owns the execution of 1-3 year program removal event forecasting strategy and the operational direction of the Forecasting team
Focuses on tactical & operational program removal event forecasting with short-to-medium term focus (1-2 years), including development of new processes, standards, or operational plans in support of functional strategy
Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance F135 program removal event forecasting
Influences others across F135 Enterprise outside of job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures, including executive-level communication
Supervises a team of seven
Qualification
Required
Typically requires: A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10 years of logistics, fleet readiness, or forecasting experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience
Demonstrated people leadership experience
U.S. Person
Preferred
Advanced degree in business intelligence, data analysis, engineering, aerospace logistics, or equivalent
F135 or other Military Engines logistics experience
Familiar with engine overhaul & repair processes, engine hardware, assembly, operation, and testing
