Responsibilities

Develop and deliver initiatives to improve our Safety Culture
Analyze Safety and Performance Assurance data, determine root causes, and partner with business units to develop holistic corrective action plans
Proactively support ongoing focus, follow through, and impact of corrective action plans on systemic compliance issues
Ensure the Safety Management System is woven into the change management process
Represent and lead Aiport Safety and Compliance in working groups and special projects
Develop communications strategies and ensure messaging reaches the intended audience
Contribute to the production of ad-hoc reporting
Analyze risks and prioritize departmental and company resources

Required

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of related experience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Strong organizational and analytical ability
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within the organization
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities, if applicable

Preferred

Fluency in multiple languages a strong plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
