Operations Client Service, VP

The Client Service Vice President acts as the key contact point for asset manager clients, ensuring effective service delivery, addressing client issues, and leading a team of client service professionals.

Responsibilities
Daily servicing of the account, SLA requirements etc
New services and/or changes to service and associated billing adjustments
Escalation of service Issues and/or performance concerns
Coordinating Standard KPI and Service Level Meetings
Acting as the client’s sponsor when working with internal State Street teams
Query resolution
Periodic compliance processes including Year End co-ordination, AML reviews, FTOP reviews etc
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their needs and concerns
Ensuring that State Street's services are delivered effectively and efficiently to clients, meeting their specific requirements and expectations
Addressing and resolving client issues, escalating problems when necessary, and working with internal teams to find solutions
Proactively communicating with clients about service updates, market changes, and relevant information
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Lead a team of client service professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management
Qualification
Required
Client Service Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as a primary point of contact for their needs and concerns
Service Delivery Oversight: Ensuring that State Street's services are delivered effectively and efficiently to clients, meeting their specific requirements and expectations
Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving client issues, escalating problems when necessary, and working with internal teams to find solutions
Client Communication: Proactively communicating with clients about service updates, market changes, and relevant information
Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Team Leadership: Lead a team of client service professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management
Positive engagement is critical. The role needs to take ownership and accountability for ensuring the client experience is positive, their queries can be addressed quickly and they have appropriate timeline and line of sight on all open items
