Call Center Representative (Proxy Solicitation)

They are seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to support shareholder engagement during proxy solicitation campaigns by making and receiving calls to solicit proxy votes and provide information regarding corporate actions.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to shareholders to solicit proxy votes in alignment with campaign guidelines, scripts, and regulatory requirements
Respond to inbound shareholder inquiries related to proxy materials, voting procedures, meeting logistics, and corporate actions
Deliver clear, accurate, and professional information while maintaining a respectful and customer-focused tone
Accurately document call outcomes, shareholder responses, and relevant notes within internal call-tracking systems
Adhere to all compliance standards, confidentiality requirements, and company policies
Escalate complex, sensitive, or non-routine inquiries to supervisors as appropriate
Consistently meet established performance expectations, including call quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a proxy solicitation, investor services, or financial services call center environment
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Exceptional customer services abilities
Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, professional, and engaging delivery
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned part-time shifts consistently
Demonstrated professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred (ideally Spanish)
