Responsibilities
Oversee all warehouse operations related to air freight import/export handling
Ensure compliance with IATA, TSA, and airport authority regulations
Manage inventory accuracy, cargo handling, and storage processes
Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards
Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking partners
Maintain and monitor warehouse performance KPIs (turnaround time, accuracy, safety)
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization
Ensure all cargo documentation and security protocols are properly executed
Oversee maintenance and utilization of material handling equipment (MHE)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 2 years in air cargo
In-depth knowledge of air cargo logistics, export/import processes, and security regulations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required
Preferred
IATA or TSA certification preferred
