Responsibilities

UNIX Operations team is searching for a candidate who is proficient within a LINUX (Red Hat)
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience within systems administration. This candidate will provide LINUX support of around 300 servers
Responsibility will encompass operational support of the LINUX estate, system maintenance (OS patching)
RHEL Linux 8/9 administration/patch management
Linux Server builds and custom configurations
Performance tuning of Oracle database servers
Server Security vulnerability management
SolarWinds monitoring
Ansible playbook development
Ansible Automation Platform management and upgrades
Satellite 6 management and upgrades
VMware operational knowledge
Good knowledge of automation
Good server migrations skills
Good troubleshooting skills
Strong skills in TCP/IP networking, network topology and firewalled environments
