Responsibilities
Field Leadership (50%): Direct field supervision, "ride-alongs," and on-the-doors training. You will lead by example, maintaining personal production levels while coaching reps to hit their KPIs
Office & Strategy (50%): Lead the recruitment life cycle (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding), conduct weekly one-to-ones, and participate in leadership meetings with ownership to align on department revenue goals
Team Development: Build a culture of Grit and Growth . Train reps from entry-level to high-performing producers who meet or exceed set lead generation targets
Retention: Implement strategies to keep our best talent engaged, motivated, and aligned with our "Speak Mind & Align" philosophy
Qualification
Required
Verifiable Leadership Experience: You a proven track record of developing and leading a canvass or door-to-door sales team. Candidates without verifiable D2D leadership experience will not be considered
Proven Closer: Ability to maintain personal production while managing others
Recruitment Savvy: Experience in identifying and hiring 'A-player' talent in a competitive market
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Phoenix metro area and demographics
Door-to-door: 3 years (Required)
Leadership: 1 year (Required)
