Responsibilities

Engage with our public library customers to meet or exceed your sales targets
Identify and prospect potential new library customers within your territory
Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential and current customers
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Prospect, present, propose, and close sales of our large print lists

Qualification

Inside sales experienceCRM software proficiencyCommunication skillsCustomer relationship managementMicrosoft Office SuitePresentation skillsProactive attitudePublishing industryLarge print booksInterpersonal skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred); equivalent experience will also be considered
Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and closing skills
Proactive and dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Experience working with or in public libraries
Knowledge of the publishing industry
Experience with large print books
